Refund policy
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed, and unused items with original tags and packaging.
To start a return, please contact us at bloombambooco@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide return instructions and the return shipping address.
Please note:

Items marked Final Sale or Clearance cannot be returned.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color?
We’re happy to offer exchanges for the same item (subject to availability).
To request an exchange, email us within 14 days of delivery, and we’ll guide you through the process.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll send you a confirmation email.
If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Send bloombambooco@gmail.com an email with photos of the issue. We’ll replace or refund the item as quickly as possible.
