All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
You’ll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

During busy periods or sales, processing times may be slightly longer — thank you for your patience!

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We currently ship from Maine.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and order size.

Estimated delivery times:

Domestic (within United States): 3–7 business days

Lost or Delayed Packages

While we do our best to ensure smooth delivery, Bloom Bamboo Co. is not responsible for lost or delayed packages once they are with the shipping carrier.
